Common questions
Do we need our data to be perfectly organised first?
No. Most of our clients start with messy, scattered data. Part of discovery is working out what you actually need and the simplest way to get it.
Will this replace clinical decision-making?
No. We design tools that draft, sort, summarise and flag so that clinicians can review and decide faster. A human stays in the loop for anything that affects care.
How do you handle patient privacy?
We minimise the data each tool touches, keep processing within approved environments, and document data flows for your privacy and security teams before anything goes live.
Can you work with our existing IT vendors?
Yes. We regularly work alongside EHR vendors, internal IT and managed service providers, and we are happy to fit into your existing change processes.
Not sure which service fits?
Describe the problem and we will suggest the lightest-weight way to tackle it.
